Please allow 4-7 business days for all orders to be shipped. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once order is submitted it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

return & exchange policy

All sales are final and there are no refunds allowed. However, we are pleased to offer an exchange policy on unopened extensions within THREE (3) days of shipment delivery date. We do not offer returns or exchanges if extensions have been worn, tampered with, or seal on the extensions are broken. You will be responsible for all shipping fees unless we are at fault.
